Join us as we partner with Nebraska Women in Ag to bring Elaine Froese to the 2025 Nebraska WIA Conference.  Elaine is a certified coach, and author. She’s a go-to expert for farm families who want better communication and conflict resolution to secure a successful farm transition.

On November 12 and 13, workshops will be held at O’Neill and Hartington to help families navigate the common landmines including legal, financial, and communication issues.

The aim of these workshops is to provide reliable information to assist families to put together succession plans, or review their existing plans.  Experienced experts will cover issues around agriculture law, management, finance, and communication. 

If you're a current or prospective ranch manager age 18-30, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss!

The Nebraska Grazing Lands Coalition and Nebraska Extension will host a Generational Transition Workshop on Thursday, June 6^th in Ord. This workshop will be held from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm at the Valley County Fairgrounds Technology Center, 801 S Street.
