On November 12 and 13, workshops will be held at O’Neill and Hartington to help families navigate the common landmines including legal, financial, and communication issues.

The aim of these workshops is to provide reliable information to assist families to put together succession plans, or review their existing plans.  Experienced experts will cover issues around agriculture law, management, finance, and communication.

The Nebraska Grazing Lands Coalition and Nebraska Extension will host a Generational Transition Workshop on Thursday, June 6^th in Ord. This workshop will be held from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm at the Valley County Fairgrounds Technology Center, 801 S Street. 

The Nebraska Grazing Lands Coalition and Nebraska Extension will host a Generational Transition Workshop on Wednesday, June 5^th in Bassett. This workshop will be held from 10:00am to 1:00 pm at the United Methodist Church, 300 Florence Street. 

The Nebraska Grazing Lands Coalition and Nebraska Extension will host a Generational Transition Workshop on Tuesday, February 20^th in Hickman. This workshop will be held from 10:00am until 2:00pm at the Hickman Community Center 115 Locust Street, Hickman, NE. 

The Nebraska Grazing Lands Coalition and Nebraska Extension will host a Generational Transition Workshop on October 10, 2023, in McCook, NE. This workshop will be held from 10:00am until 2:30pm CST at the MidPlains Community College, 1205 East 3^rd St. Student Union Building.  Registration will be $20 for individuals or $30 for couples.
